Cap’s fly is the important tourist location in Kodaikanal.It is just situvated 17kms away from kodaikanal town centre. This place is usually refered as “thoppi vesum paarai” in tamil which means “throwing cap rock” because if throw the cap from the top of the hill due to the heavy winds up there will bring back the cap to you. This is the one of the best attractions in Kodaikanal. It slighlty difficult to go up to the top of the hill because the roadways towards the hill are very slippery and muddy. The tourist should make sure that they are wearing the correct foot wear to avoid hurting their foot. The top view of the valley is really breathtaking scene to watch, its at a very higher location.
